Veterinary advice by email, phone or video call — when a visit to the practice is not possible right now.
In brief
You would rather not, or cannot, bring your pet to the practice but still need veterinary advice? We can also give you a veterinary assessment of your animal by email, by phone or by video call.
We are glad to help you and your pet this way too.
- You email us with your concern, how you would like to talk (email, phone or video call) and your preferred time.
- We confirm the appointment and the procedure by email.
- After the consultation you receive an invoice from us.
What your enquiry needs to include
We may only advise you if we have all of the following:
- Your full name, address, date of birth and phone number
- Details of the animal: name, species, breed, age, sex, neutered or not
By providing these details you accept the terms for remote consultation. You will then receive a confirmation email from us with all further information.
Charges follow the German scale of veterinary fees currently in force (GOT item 11).
3.00 euros net per minute (3.57 euros including 19% VAT).
We send you an invoice once the consultation has taken place.
Prefer to come in?
For an examination on site, simply arrange an appointment at the practice.
