We see clients by appointment, so please arrange a time with us in advance. This allows us enough time to give you and your pet the attention you need.
IMPORTANT: If you are new to the practice, please write this on your booking request: “This is my first visit to the practice with an animal.” Thank you.
Please order repeat medication and prescription food at least 14 days in advance — by app message or email, including the details needed. Under German veterinary medicines law, medication can only be dispensed if your pet has been seen at the practice recently, as a rule within the last three to six months.
