How to reach the practice.

We work strictly by appointment, so please always arrange one. That way we can take the time you and your pet need.

IMPORTANT: If you are new to the practice, please state this with your booking request: “I am a new client and this is my first visit with an animal.” Thank you.

Please order repeat medication and prescription food at least 14 days in advance — by app message or email, including the details needed. Under German veterinary medicines law, medication can only be dispensed if your pet has been seen at the practice recently, as a rule within the last three to six months.
